1. If this is the first time you make your purchase using Paypal/Creditcard, your code will likely be locked. In this case you will have to submit a report to our Payment Service and we will process your report and unlock your code within 2 business days, at which point you can credit the code into your account.

2. There is a maximum monthly limit of 200 USD per Paypal/Creditcard account. If you exceed this limit, your payment will be refunded. If you wish to buy more, you can use Western Union or wait until the next calendar month.

3. To claim the Gold from Bullion Merchant, you must be at least level 35.

4.To ensure the safety of your purchase and prevent unauthorized charges, our security checking program may from time to time temporarily lock your code. To unlock your code, please manually submit a report to Payment Service. After you make the submission, we will process your case with 2 business days. The codes purchased via Western Union are not subject to this limitation.
